Minors require permission where applicable. ECHOS OF CHANGE should not publish a minor's identifying information, image, story, or quote without consent and guardian involvement when needed.

Youth participation should be age-appropriate, voluntary, and connected to a clear process.

No exploitative storytelling.

Youth stories should never be used mainly to generate attention, sympathy, or donations. The person behind the story matters more than the visibility the story can create.
